It’s been 4,5 years and here we are—being locked up with a pandemic raging outside and I myself nearly climbing up the walls. I’ve cleaned the house, went to town in the garden and kept myself entertained with a mixture of YouTube, Netflix and reading books. Self-isolation does something funny, really draws your eyes inwards. My mind has been wandering all over the place—past experiences, relationships, places I visited and situations that brought me joy.
The fact that I enjoy writing has always surprised me. My previous website was launched during my university studies as a creative outlet and online notepad for friends asking for advice on skincare. It blossomed into a few fun years of new experiences—press launches, trying new things, meeting some new friends and some very fun abroad trips I still haven’t forgotten about. This time around I’m doing it for myself, I want to expand myself and explore new things.
Time is the most valuable thing a man can spend.

Turning this isolation into something productive I have partnered up with a web development colleague of mine—creating something new and bringing it all to life is a process in itself. This will be the first post to go live but the last one to be created during a three-day writing spree. I’ve obviously missed this. Let’s see what the future brings.
